Hi, I’m Atiyeh.

(pronounced Atti-yay!)

Thanks for stopping by!

If you're in charge of leading a team, then you're probably like a lot of my clients: You want to create that A-team around you that works collaboratively, accomplishes tasks with initiative, and drives the whole business forward with unstoppable momentum.

But at the same time, you just can't seem to turn that A-team that's in your mind into reality!

That's where I come in.

My name is Atiyeh, and I'm a Leadership Coach-Consultant with one mission: to help you and your team succeed by leaning into the unique strengths that you and your team members share - whilst also helping each other cover for any blind spots that might exist too.

I’m a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach. I work with Founders, Co-founders, and Executive Leaders to discover and leverage their strengths and their teams’ to achieve their goals. Through our work together, they’ve been able to double sales numbers, create cohesive collaboration, efficiency and a lot personal growth.

I know that you, yes, YOU, can achieve anything you desire as a leader in your business - and nothing energizes me more than helping people like you unlock that!

Just by being here right now, you've taken the first step in advancing yourself as a leader. You've got the desire to do great things, initiate change, and bring progress to yourself and others. So, let's do this together!

Ready to unlock the full potential of both yourself and your team?

Want to know more?

Here are four random facts about me

One

I’ve been in the corporate world for over 10 years, and have led teams of all shapes and sizes. What lit me up was providing coaching on different levels, and making people realize their true passion and potential. We usually get into a job because we think it’s just a stepping stone until we figure out what we want in life. Most people never take the time to figure this out, and so these stepping stones don’t always take you where you want.

Two

During my corporate career, as I began to take on leadership roles and lead teams, I discovered a genuine love for those one-on-one interactions with my team members. It turned out to be the most rewarding aspect of my job. Little did I know it would equip me with the skills, passion, and interest that would land me where I am now! And that's where my spark for Leadership comes from. I saw just how powerful leadership principles were in unlocking my own confidence, energy, and influence, as well as the impact on my team members and now I'm on a mission to share that with others so that they can unlock their unique leadership gifts too!

Three

Education and learning have been a big part of my life. I believe this is a must for a coach or anyone in a leadership role. “Leaders are readers”. My quest is to be the best coach and mentor possible for my clients, and help you design and live your best intentional life. Continuous learning keeps me inspired and well-equipped to guide you on your journey.

The first thing I love doing is being on client calls and helping them and the second thing that I love doing is - reading! I usually read about 70 books each year. Fiction, non-fiction - you name it, I read it. It's like a treasure hunt, searching for those nuggets of wisdom that I can apply to my own life and, most importantly, share with my clients.

I also have two Master’s degrees and I’m a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach.

Four

I’ve lived in Asia, Europe and North America. For most of my life (from the age 18), I followed this unwritten rule of moving to a new city every seven years. It was like clockwork! Until... I broke the streak! Ten years ago, I landed in Toronto, and I think I've finally found my place to call home for the long haul. Toronto stolen my heart. What's not to love? The incredible diversity of people, the vibrant mix of cultures, and, of course, the mouthwatering array of food! It's a melting pot of awesomeness, and I'm so grateful to be a part of it.
